1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

• The item is defective or damaged
• The wrong item was delivered
• The item is unused and in its original condition

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Used, written-on, or altered books
• Digital or downloadable products
• Discounted or promotional items (unless defective)

3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method or an agreed alternative.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered for the same or equivalent title, subject to availability.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or fulfillment error.
